How do I go to a different Month?

There are two ways to move between months.  First, you can use the left and right facing hands( left_hand.gif (114 bytes)  right_hand.gif (115 bytes)) at the top of the page to go to the previous and next months.  Secondly, you can use the menu at the bottom of the page to jump directly to a specific month and year.

How do I view a day's events?

If you have a JavaScript compatible browser, you can click on the link for each individual event and a small pop-up window will appear with the detailed information.   Conversely, you can click on the number of the day and a new page will display that lists all events for that day.

How do I add an event?

To add a new event, click on the day where you want to add the event.  Any existing events for that day will be listed.  At the bottom of the page is a button that says "Add Item."  Click on this button.  If you are already logged into the calendar, you will go directly to the Add Event page where you can enter the information for your event.  If you haven't logged into the calendar yet, you will be taken to a page where you are requested to enter your username and password.   There are also links on this page that allow you to create a new account or search for an existing account based on your e-mail address.

How do I change or delete an event?

To change or delete an event that you posted, click on the respective day of the event.   Any existing events for that day will be listed.  At the bottom of the page is a button that says "Modify Item" and "Delete Item."  Click on the appropriate button.  If you are already logged into the calendar, you will go directly to the Modify Event or Delete Event page.  If you haven't logged into the calendar yet, you will be taken to a page where you are requested to enter your username and password.  There are also buttons on this page that allow you to create a new account or search for an existing account based on your e-mail address.

How do I create an account?

To create a new account, click on any day.  Any existing events for that day will be listed.  At the bottom of the page is a button that says "Add Item."   Click on this button.  If you are not already logged into the calendar, you will be taken to a page where you are requested to enter a username and password.   There are also links on this page that allow you to create a new account.   Click on the "Register for a New Account" link and you will be taken to the registration page.  Follow the on screen directions and submit the form.   Your new password is sent to you via the e-mail address you specify.  So, be sure to specify a valid address.

You can also visit the Calendar User Management Utility and click on the "Register for a New Account" button to begin the registration process.

I can not remember my password.  How do I reset it?

Go to the Calendar User Management Utility and click on the "Retrieve Lost Password" button.  Follow the on-screen directions and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you used to register for the calendar account.  The e-mail will include a link that takes you to a screen where you can change your password.  This series of steps is necessary to prevent an unauthorized user from gaining access to your account.

How do I update my e-mail address or other account information such as my name?

Go to the Calendar User Management Utility and enter your calendar username and password and press the "Edit Profile/Password" button.  You will be taken to a screen where you can update all of your information.
