Kelsey Morgan Pedersen of Solomons Island, MD and Bobby Alford of Jackson, MS were married on Saturday, October 18, 2014 in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Solomons Island, MD. The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Kathleen Pedersen. The groom is the son of Billy and Tricia Alford.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Boston and Maine.

Kelsey and Bobby met while studying at Mississippi State in Starkville, MS (Bobby will have you know they are currently ranked #1). They bonded over their mutual love for Bulldog football and fell in love over a shared sense of humor, among other things. They currently reside in Jackson, MS. A reception to follow the ceremony will happen at the Cove Point Lighthouse in Lusby. Kelsey grew up in the county and is a graduate of St. Mary's Ryken High School.
