He was so proud and thankful to God for his daughter, Joyce, his son, Richard, and his wife, Pearl. Joe was a kind and giving man who touched so many, and he leaves all a little richer, for having known him.

Joe is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Darlene Adams, of Lusby, MD, daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Jimmy Goddard, of Lexington Park, MD, and his sister, Mary Thompson, of Hollywood, MD.
