Angela Noel Dorsey, 35, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away April 17, 2014 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD with family at her side. Born December 22, 1978 in Cheverly, MD, she was the daughter of David Peter Watters and Phyllis Jean Jones Watters. Angela was a 1996 graduate of Chopticon High School.

She was a devoted mother of two and enjoyed spending time with her family. With her great desire to help others, in passing Angela gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.

She is survived by her husband, Scott Allen Dorsey; her children, Alyssa Dawn Dorsey and Nicholas Scott Dorsey; her parents David and Phyllis Watters; brother, William Andrew Watters and wife, Jennah; sisters, Sherri Melissa Carlson and husband Doug and Jolene Mae Ridgell, along with 14 nieces and nephews.

Angela was predeceased by her brother David Christopher Watters and sister, Dawn Michelle Holt.

The family will receive friends for Angela's Life Celebration on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 12:00 - 2:00P.M. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Family sharing will be held at 2:00p.m.
