Raymond A. Carroll of Waldorf, Maryland, died on Tuesday, April 9, 2014 at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD. He was 75 years old. Born on November 20, 1938 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Howard B. Carroll Sr. and the late Marie T. Cunningham Carroll.

Ray was a plumber with the Plumbers Union Number 5 for 55 years and a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Waldorf, MD. He enjoyed woodworking, going to the ocean and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carol Rae Carroll; his son Raymond E. Carroll and his wife Robin; his daughter Patricia A. Reimer and her husband Frederick; his three grandchildren Frederick W. Reimer, Ryan E. Carroll and Meghan A. Carroll.

Visitation on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 2PM to 4PM and from 6PM to 8PM with Wake Service at 7PM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. 5635 Washington Avenue La Plata, MD 20646. Mass will be offered on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 beginning at 11AM at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church 100 Village Street Waldorf, MD. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Bryantown, MD.
