James E. Windsor, Sr., 62, of Leonardtown, MD, passed away November 18, 2013 at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, MD. Born in Washington, DC he was the son of the late Lawrence Windsor and Virginia E. Freeman.

James enjoyed his grandkids, riding his Harley, puppy dogs, restoring a '82 Chevy pickup, restoring cars and westerns. He was a fan of Craig's List and E-Bay. He worked as a Building Manager at The American Correctional Association. He was a true gift in his journey of life on earth. An Angel now to watch over us.

James is survived by his wife, Helena Windsor, son, James E. Windsor, Jr. (Marie), mother, Virginia E. Freeman, brothers, Lawrence E. Windsor, Dennis L. Windsor, sister, Regina A. Windsor, grandchildren, Nicole, Hannah, Danille ; nieces, Stacy, Wendy, nephew, D.J., great-nephews, Gavin, Landon, Rylan, great-nieces, Madelin, Miranda, close riding friends, Rodney Horrocks, Dan Gardiner, Bill Burnette, Daryl Greenridge, Tim Jones and Don Ward.

The family will receive friends for James' Visitation on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. And from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622, with Father John Ball officiating. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens, 26325 Point Lookout Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
