Sharon Marie Sams, 30, of La Plata, MD died on October 8, 2013 in Washington, DC. She was born on October 2, 1983 in Clinton, MD to George R. Sams and Barbara Willingham Culp.

She is also survived by her children; Hunter Lee Johnson and Hannah Elizabeth Johnson, brothers; William Edward Sams and George Randall Sams, Jr., sisters; Sandra Jean Myers, Mary Ann Bell, and Hailey Anne Sams. She is also survived by many other family members.

Sharon was a homemaker. She graduated from La Plata High School in 2001 and loved her family.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday October 15, 2013 from 3 to 8 pm at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home La Plata, MD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 16, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment to follow in the Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, MD.
