Patricia "Pat" Ann Long, 51, of Chuckey, TN passed away on December 26, 2012 at Hospice House of St. Mary's in Callaway, MD. Born on May 30, 1961 in Washington, DC, she was the youngest daughter of James Bruce Long, Sr. of Hollywood, MD, and Angelena Long of Chuckey, TN, and most recently Pensacola, FL.

Patricia Ann was an animal lover. Her beloved dog, "My Girl", was her constant companion and went everywhere with her.

In addition to her parents, Ann is survived by her sister Deborah R. Sapp of Pensacola, FL, her brother James Bruce Long, Jr. of Hollywood, MD and her sister Mary Elaine (Steven) Loftis of California, MD. She is also survived by her three nieces, Jessica R. Davis, Stacey R. Loftis and Tammy C. Loftis.

Memorial Services will be private.
