Patricia A. Podorski, 71, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away at her home on October 14, 2012. She was born August 17, 1941 in Fargo, North Dakota to the late Leo George May and Bernice Juanita (Onstine) May.

Patricia attended St. Maria Goretti High, in Hagerstown, MD. She retired from the Department of the Navy in Crystal City, VA, where she worked as a Budget Analyst. Patricia moved from Accokeek, MD to Mechanicsville, MD 10 years ago. She was a very loving, caring, and supportive mother, grandmother, sister and friend and loved by so many.

Patricia is survived by her four children, Paul J. Podorski, Jon R. Podorski, Christine E. Rodkey, Sherri L. Bonner; her 7 grandchildren, Brittany L. Lippert, Rachel L. Podorski, Thomas L. Podorski, Candace A. Rodkey, Curtis W. Rodkey, Dylan Wilson, and Jeffrey T. Bonner; and her 3 great-grandchildren, Alannah Lippert, Izabella Lippert, and Jackson Lippert; her brother, Paul May; her two sisters, Dona M. Staats and Emilie L. King.

All Services are Private and being handled by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
