Angela Clare Palmer, 70, of Leonardtown, MD passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 7, 2012 in Millersville, MD. Born on December 6, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Columbus W. and Mary Alice Drury Palmer.

Angela is survived by her sisters Deborah Lee St. Clair of Piney Point, MD, and Mary Windsor Szlendak of Sunol, CA.

Angela is preceded in death by her brother Larry Palmer.

Angela attended St. Mary's Academy and was a lifelong resident of St. Mary's County.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 13, 2012 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM with prayers recited at 7:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM, with Father John Mattingly officiating in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery, Leonardtown, MD. Pallbearers will be: Jessica St. Clair, Tony St. Clair, Mike Cohen, and Chris Worch.
