Roma Gwen Shegogue 80 of Waldorf, Md. Died July 18, 2012 at her home. She was born on October 25, 1931 in West Virginia to the late Robert and Mary Chambers.

She is also predeceased by her daughters Mary Shegogue, Deborah Shegogue, and Rhonda Schegogue, and one grandchild.

She is survived by her son John Shegogue, Jr., daughters Renee Shegogue, Tamara Shegogue, Fawn Shegogue, and Roma Oddis. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Roma was an administrative assistant in the banking industry. She loved to paint, sing karaoke, enjoyed singing, dancing, nature and animals.

The family will receive friends on Monday July 24,2012 from 5 to 8 pm at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home in La Plata, Md. Were funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 24th at 11 AM. Interment to follow at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Md.
