Claud Franklin Clark, 96, of Charlotte Hall, MD, passed away at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home on June 16, 2012. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on February 23, 1916. Claud was the son of the Joseph Daniel Clark and Lucy Louise Pierce.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and Korea. Claud was an insurance underwriter in Montgomery County. He loved classical music and traveling with the love of his life "Bebe" until her death in 1989. He was a member of the American Legion Post 298. Claud has been a resident of Charlotte Hall Veterans Home since July 24, 1989. Claud leaves behind many friends at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home - both staff and residents.

Claud was predeceased by his parents.

There will be a Graveside/Committal Service on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 11:00AM with Army Military Honors at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623.

All arrangements are being handled by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
