Charles "Chuck" Grayson Clements, 91, of Leonardtown, MD passed away peacefully on January 27, 2012 at his home.

Born on October 7, 1920 in Amherst, Virginia, he was the son of the late Charles Clements and Dora Duff Clements. Chuck was a World War II Veteran and worked for Southern Railroad for over 40 years.

Survived by his daughter Barbara Clements Layne of Lynchburg, Virginia, stepdaughters, Holly, Jean, Connie and Faye, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Teresa Clements, 2 brothers, Alan and Elmer Clements, 2 sisters, Wynell Davis and Zelda Clements and son Charles "Billy" Clements.

The family wishes to express special thanks to Joe Knotts, Francis Delozia and Tina Domicy for their friendship and care.

Services will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD. The Rev. Michael Jones from Patuxent Presbyterian will be officiating.
