V. Linnae O'Neill, 68, of Prince Frederick, MD passed away on March 14, 2010 at her daughters home in Prince Frederick, MD. She was born on August 12, 1941 in Prince Frederick, MD to the late Verna Llewella Russell and Harold Leslie Gibson.

Linnae had a great love of life, and that showed in her wealth of friends, her kindness to others, generosity and great strength. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where she was on the Alter Guild, and in the Choir. She was also a member of the Business Professional Women and loved to play Bridge.

Beloved wife of William L. O'Neill, Jr., mother of Dana Linnae Krohnert and the late William Linden O'Neill, III. Grandmother of seven, she is also survived by her siblings, Terrence Nelson Gibson, Sandra Russell Gibson Manuel, Leslie Llewella Gibson Groom, Gregory Clyde Gibson and the late Robert Harold Gibson.

The family received friends on Wednesday March 17, 2010, from 3-8 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home, P.A. 20 American Lane in Lusby, MD. Services were held on Thursday March 18, 2010, 11 A.M. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 25 Church Street, Prince Frederick, MD. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers were Gannon Buckmaster, Jamie Gibson, Nelson Gibson, Todd Ireland, Wes Lusby, and Wyatt Munnikhuysen. Honorary pallbearers were, John Bowles, Douglas Bowen, Leroy Gardner, Tom Ireland, Mike King, Maurice Lusby, Jim Phillips, and Bedford Glascock.
