Virginia Lee Polen of Charlotte Hall, Md. died on February 26, 2009 at Civista Medical Center in LaPlata, Md.

She is the daughter of the late Frank Dawson and Lena Willett and her husband Earl B. Polen.

She is survived by her children and there spouse's Dr. and Mrs. J. Stephen Polen, Mr. and Mrs. Paul D. Polen, and Mr. and Mrs. David S. Polen. Siblings Jeanette Maxwell, Mary Hamilton, Frank Dawson, Jr., Patty Kwiechinski, Marjorie Wilcoxen, Warren Willett, Gale Willett, and Janet Dawson. Grandchildren Ian S. Polen, Cory A. Polen, Craig Polen, Mariah Polen and her Life Partner Brandy. Great Grandchildren Shelby L. Polen, Cheyenne S. Polen, Hunter Polen, and Hailey Kolasa.

Mrs. Polen enjoyed Ceramics, Drawing, Singing, Flowers, and Bingo. Funeral Services will be Private.
