Dennis "Popeye" Windsor, 59 of Aquasco, MD passed away on October 25, 2016. Born January 22, 1957 to the late Russell Windsor and the late Shirley Boswell Windsor in Prince George County, MD. Dennis graduated from Croom Vocational. He was an auto mechanic and also did asphalt paving. He liked the race track, horseback riding and was a member of the Rough Riders Horse Association.

In addition to his parents. Dennis was predeceased by his brother, Allen Windsor. He is survived by his daughters Crystal Windsor, Amy Windsor, Sabrina his sons Michael Dean, Sean O' York;. siblings Barbara Jane Alston, Joyce Wood, Brenda Braden, Ernest F. Windsor, Jimmy Flynt, Trisa Brooks; grandchildren Justin, Darren, Briana, Destiny, Blaine, Blake, Bailey, William, Andrea, Ashley, Addison, and Cole. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members and friends.

Family will receive friends for Dennis' Life Celebration Visitation on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and Thursday November 3, 2016 from 9-11am at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. The Funeral Service will be at 11am. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be: Michael Dean, Justin Bevans, Sean O'York, William O'York, Desmond Tucker and Bobby Windsor. Honorary Pallbearers: Allen "Pookey" Windsor and Damian Tucker.
