Emmett Brentley Wilkins, 7 months old, of Charlotte Hall, MD died at Children's Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. on January 8, 2016. Emmett was born on June 4, 2015 to Christopher Sean Jameson and Kelly Faye Wilkins at Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick, MD.

Emmett loved playing with his feet, baths, being sung to, standing up, his walker, grabbing your hand to suck your thumb. He had a Grinch growl. He liked looking in the mirror at himself.

Emmett is survived by his parents, Christopher Sean Jameson and Kelly Faye Wilkins; brother, Caleb Andrew Wilkins; grandparents, Theodore Wade Wilkins, Renee` Bateman, Shirley Sapp, Tim Jameson; great grandparents, Roy and Deidra Wilkins, Patricia & Archie Jameson, Raymond Sapp; aunts and uncles, Kimberly Jameson, Candi Jameson, Bryan Bateman, Theodore Wilkins, Jr. and many other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends for Emmett's Life Celebration Visitation on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens, 26325 Point Lookout Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
