Mary Cecelia "Ceal" Padgett, age 72 of La Plata, MD, died on November 18, 2015 at the Sagepoint Senior Living Center in La Plata, MD. She was the daughter of James Augusta Padgett and Cordelia Curtis Padgett.

She was a secretary for 29 years with the Department of the Navy (U.S. Government).
