Philip Andrew Wilson, age 36, of Waldorf, MD, died on September 28, 2015 at the Ft. Washington Medical Center.

Philip was a self-employed painter. He was a former resident of Aquasco, MD and attended catholic schools at St. Peter's in Waldorf, St. Mary's in Bryantown, MD and graduated high school from St. Mary's Ryken. He was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings football team.

He is the son of the late Gerald Thomas Wilson and the living Susan Caroline Herron. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-father, John Herron; his wife, Elena Matoshka; his daughter, Ava Anderson; his brother, Michael Wilson; and his sister, Emily Justiniano.

Friends received on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 9:30-11:30AM at the Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pomfret, MD. Interment in the church cemetery.
