Roy Edward "Poppy" Warring, Jr., 54 of Lusby, MD passed away on July 26, 2015 at the Calvert Hospice House, Prince Frederick, MD. Born May 24, 1961 in Manassas, VA he was the son of the late Roy Edward Warring, Sr. and Betty Jane (Campbell) Warring. Roy was a carpenter.

Roy is survived by his step-children, Tammy Butler of Strasburg, VA, Tommy Butler of Spotsylvania, VA and Shawn Butler of Nanjemoy, MD; his siblings, Wendy Epps of Henderson, NC, David Warring of Tigar, GA, Tina Sraight of Stafford, VA, and Kristie Ballenger of Charlestown, WV. In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his fiancé, Robin Butler and his sister, Donna Warring.
