Sharon Diane Keener, 66, of Hughesville, MD passed away on January 27, 2015 at her residence. She was born on April 26, 1948 in Florida to the late Walter Braswell and the late Georgia Cooke Braswell.

Sharon worked for Davis Antenna for 20 years as Office Manager. When she moved to Florida, she was Office Manager for Florida Pest Control for 2 years before she retired. Sharon loved to work in her yard and was an amazing decorator. She loved cats, especially her "baby" Majic.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, David R. Keener; two children, Kenneth Keener and Wendy VanHoozier (Johnny); brother, Gary Braswell; sister, Joyce Saunders; and three grandchildren, Brandon, Katie and Emily VanHoozier.

Family and friends will be received to celebrate Sharon's life on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. of Charlotte Hall, MD. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601.
