Eleanor E. Smoot, 94, passed away on November 3, 2014 at Genesis Nursing Home in La Plata, MD. She was the daughter of to Mary-Rena Ford and Joseph Thomas Ford.

Eleanor (Nor) was born on March 4, 1920 in Charles County, Maryland. She is survived by her only child, Mary E. Mason (Smoot).

Friends received on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 9AM until the Funeral Service beginning at 11AM at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 8855 Chapel Point Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677.
