The 4th and 5th Districts Democratic Club of Charles County is one of the most active political clubs in the state. The club has been in existence for over 32 years. The club meets on the second Monday of every month during election years and the second Monday of ever other month during non-election years.

The Charles County Republican Central Committee consists of 9 voting members, which are elected every 4 years in the primary for the gubernatorial election. We, the elected members, are the voice and organization of the Republican Party in Charles County.

The Club meets on the 4th Monday of the month in Waldorf at the Trinity Baptist Church, 2671 Mattawoman Beantown Road.Dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. and consists of pizza, desert, and a beverage at a cost of $7.00 per person. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. Monthly Meetings are also advertised in the local newspaper. We have a guest speaker, or speakers, each month. The public is invited to attend all of our meetings. We also have a Young Democrat Committee.
Dues are $10.00 per year and $5.00 for Young Democrats. For further information, please contact the club president, Kathy Kazimer, at 301-932-8864.
