Our organization's main focus and mission is to Bring Out the Best In Kids. To accomplish this goal, we solicit donations in many forms - the primary one being our 35-foot commercial kitchen on wheels. We are Health department certified to cook anything for anyone!Strength, health, happiness and prosperity are some of the things that The Optimist Creed instructs us to do. We reflect these traits to the children that we serve so that they too can grow to become the best adults that they can be. We conduct several parties throughout the year (usually around holidays) that are free for children. Times can be tough for families with children, so we conduct charitable donations of toys, food and money for those in need in our community. Shop With A Cop is one of our most popular charitable events. Giving kids the opportunity to mentor with the men and women of our law enforcement community allows kids the ability to see the human side of police officers. It's a memorable event for both the kids and our law enforcement community. Project Graduation is a yearly event when we again partner with the law enforcement community to ensure that our high school graduates celebrate in a drug and alcohol-free way. We serve dinner and breakfast from 6pm to 4am free of charge to participants in our community.
