The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a $39,680,239 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00001) to a previously awarded contract (N0001921C0001). This modification exercises an option to procure 63 Distributed Targeting Processor—Networked (DTP-N) B-kits (32 for the Navy and 31 for the government of Australia); and 56 DTP-N A1-kits (32 for the Navy and 24 for the government of Australia), as well as DTP-N cyber security support data deliveries in support of DTP-N full rate production to implement anti-surface warfare capability in the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft. This order provides for Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) AGM-158C-2 development, integration, and testing in support of providing a combined Anti-Surface Warfare (ASuW), LRASM, and Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) strike capability for the Navy. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida (90%); and Troy, Alabama (10%), and is expected to be completed in July 2024. Venturedyne Ltd., Pewaukee, Wisconsin, is awarded a $9,995,971 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity five-year contract for environmental conditioning testing chambers in support of the Navy's energetic/explosive material division. The work will be performed in Holland, Michigan, and is expected to be completed by June 2027. Fiscal 2022 capital improvement program funding of $447,700 will be obligated on the first task order at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
