PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (June 06, 2017)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 5/29/2017 at 3:09 pm, Trooper Jones stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 near Lower Marlboro Rd. in Owings. An odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed marijuana over 10 grams and an unknown quantity of THC wax. Riyad N. Rickard, 19 of California, MD and Julius R. Rosales, 20 of Great Mills were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 5/31/2017 at 12:17 pm, Trooper First Class Davis received a report of a theft of a vehicle registration tag. The complainant advised the front tag on one of the family vehicles had been removed at some unknown time. The tag, MD 2CF8437 has been entered into METERS/NCIC.

TRESPASS / PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 6/1/2017 at 3:22 pm, Trooper First Class Robinson responded to the 300 block of Crescent Court in Prince Frederick for a disorderly complaint. James C. Johnson 2nd, was found heavily intoxicated lying on the ground in front of the residence. The investigation revealed Johnson had a no trespass order from the apartment complex. He was transported to the hospital to be checked out. Charges are pending.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT / PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 6/3/2017 at 12:11 pm, Trooper First Class Davis observed Marvin W. Thomas 50 of Prince Frederick, walking in the travel lanes on Holly Drive in Prince Frederick. A vehicle turning into Holly Drive almost struck Thomas because he was in the roadway. Thomas was placed under arrest and was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 6/4/2017 at 6:48 pm, Trooper First Class Warrick responded to the 400 block of Main St. in Prince Frederick for a report of a person being disorderly. Maria Cleary, 18 of Prince Frederick was located refusing to cooperate with her parents and others and began screaming and yelling causing a public disturbance. She was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

DUI ARREST: Alfred Garrow, 51, of Mechanicsville, arrested on 06/01/2017 @ 05:01 pm by TFC J. Warrick
