LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 6, 2016)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

TRESPASSING: On Friday, August 26, Tpr. Opirhory responded to the Wal-Mart for a reported trespassing. Investigation revealed that Tammy Alene Ross, 55, of Great Mills, had trespassed on the property after receiving a court ordered notice not to trespass. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (16-MSP-034707)

ASSAULT: On Saturday, September 3, Tpr. Dunn and TFC B. Ditoto responded to the 45000 block of Church Road in Lexington Park for a reported assault. Investigation revealed that a male juvenile, 16, of Lexington Park, had assaulted a male victim. The juvenile was placed under arrest and transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was charged with Assault Second Degree and released to a family member. (16-MSP-035923)

DRUG ARREST, DUI: On Sunday, September 4, Tpr. Manning contacted Michael Andrew Dorsey, Jr., 25, of Lexington Park, in the parking lot of the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. Mr. Dorsey was picking up a subject who had been arrested for DUI. Field sobriety was conducted, and Mr. Dorsey was placed under arrest for DUI. A search incident to arrest was conducted, and Tpr. Manning found suspected cocaine in Mr. Dorsey's pants pocket. He was charged with Possession of CDS: Cocaine, DUI, and other traffic offenses. Mr. Dorsey was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (16-MSP-036159)
