LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 26, 2016)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office released the following incident and arrest reports.

Arrests

7/14/2016 ESCAPE: Deputy S. Bowie arrested the suspect, Leo Walton Wagner, Jr., age 36, of Mechanicsville, for failure to report as ordered for incarceration as directed by the sentencing judge. He was charged with Second Degree Escape and Retake Warrant. CASE# 37324-16

7/15/2016 ASSAULT: Deputy M. Beyer responded to the 48000 block of Leachburg Road in Lexington Park for a reported assault. The victim alleged the suspect, Angela Marie Forrest, age 23, of Ridge, struck the victim with a motor vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment, and Forrest was placed under arrest for First and Second Degree Assault. CASE# 36733-16

7/16/2016 Deputy J. Kerns responded to the 24000 block of Three Notch Road in Hollywood for the report of a domestic dispute. The suspect, Becky Lynn Gould struck the victim with a frying pan and a piece of wood she broke off from a door. She then unsuccessfully attempted to assault the victim with a stun gun. The victim had visible signs of injury and Gould was placed under arrest and charged with Second Degree Assault. CASE# 36790-16

7/16/2016 POSSESSION: Deputy Bush responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road for the report of a possible wanted subject observed by another officer. The suspect, Patrick Neal Boothe, age 27, of Drayden, was located in his vehicle and appeared to be under the influence. In his possession, was a bent aluminum can with holes containing suspected crack cocaine. Boothe was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged with CDS Possession: Not Marijuana - Cocaine, CDS Possession Paraphernalia, and served an arrest warrant. CASE# 36864-16

7/17/2016 POSSESSION: Deputy D. Potter was on another call at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital when he was approached by a nurse in the Emergency Room concerned for a patient in another room who became unresponsive. She advised the suspect, Matthew Christopher Holiva, age 24, of West Bend, Wisconsin, was in the room with the victim prior to becoming unresponsive. Holiva was located in a nearby restroom, with an uncapped hypodermic syringe containing a slightly red substance in his possession. A search revealed in his possession was also a metal spoon, a piece of cotton, and hypodermic syringes being used to prepare suspected heroin. Hovila was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance: Heroin, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. CASE# 36948-16

7/18/2016 ASSAULT: Deputy C. Ball responded to the 46000 block of Chapman Drive in Lexington Park for the report of an assault. The victim alleged the suspect, Fritzie Hazel Vasquez-Flores, age 31, of Lexington Park, scratched the victim and made threatening remarks during an argument. Flores was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. CASE# 37127-16

7/18/2016 ASSAULT: Deputy L. Johnson responded to the 46000 block of Chapman Drive for the report of an assault. The victim alleged the suspect, Fritzie Hazel Vasquez-Flores, age 31, of Lexington Park, bit the victim on the back multiple times and once on the arm. The victim displayed fresh bite marks. Vasques-Florez was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged with Second Degree Assault. CASE# 37101-16

7/19/2016 POSSESSION: Captain Daniel Alioto was off duty when he observed Hope Gover Beggs, age 60, of Lexington Park, operating a motor vehicle in the Great Mills area. Suspect Beggs was stopped and detained. Members of the COPS Unit arrived to assist. Suspect Beggs was observed attempting to discard an item, which when retrieved was found to be a straw with cocaine residue. She was charged accordingly.

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence and stole property in the 45000 block of Sea Side View Road in Ridge. Deputy S. Shelko is investigating the case. CASE# 37379-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a garage and stole property in the 19000 block of Point Lookout Road in Great Mills. Deputy S. Shelko is investigating the case. CASE# 37428-16

THEFT: Between 8/1/2015 and 7/9/2016, unknown suspect(s) stole property from the 28000 block of Gosling Court in Mechanicsville. Corporal J. Kirkner is investigating the case. CASE# 37522-16

VANDALISM: Unknown suspect(s) spray painted graffiti in the 45000 block of Foxchase Drive in Great Mills. Deputy T. Payne is investigating the case. CASE# 37493-16

BURGLARY: From 7/12/2016 to 7/20/2016, unknown suspect(s) entered a bus parked on a victim's property and stole property in the 21000 block of Arthur Lane in Great Mills. Deputy B. Gaskill is investigating the case. CASE# 37557-16

BREAKING AND ENTERING TO A MOTOR VEHICLE: During the overnight hours of 7/19 into 7/20, unknown suspect's entered a motor vehicle and stole property at the Extended Stay America in Lexington Park. Deputy D. Holdsworth is investigating the case. CASE# 37566-16

Incident Briefs 7/22/2016

VANDALISM: Unknown suspect(s) utilized construction equipment to drive through the fields damaging portions of grass and two stationary park grills in the Country Lakes subdivision in Mechanicsville. The case is being investigated by Corporal J. Kirkner. CASE# 37692-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a vacant home in the 44000 block of Medleys Neck Road. The case is being investigated by Deputy T. Siciliano. CASE# 37705-16

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: A victim advised they believed shots were fired at their residence in the 21000 block of Stoney Brook Drive in Lexington Park. The case is being investigated by Deputy L. Johnson. CASE# 37831-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence and stole property in the 21000 block of Autumn Court in Leonardtown. The case is being investigated by Deputy D. Smith. CASE#38760-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence on the 29000 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall. Nothing appeared to be missing from the home. CASE# 37893-16

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE: Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a motor vehicle and stole property in the 21000 block of Mattie Lane in Lexington Park. The case is being investigated by Corporal J. Mezzos. CASE#38056-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered a shed and stole property in the 44000 block of Louisdale Road in California. The case is being investigated by Deputy C. Ball. CASE#38078-16

THEFT: Unknown suspect(s) removed an outside air unit from a vacant residence in the 38000 block of Point Lookout Road in Mechanicsville. The case is being investigated by Deputy M. Pleisse. CASE#38258-16

Incident Briefs 7/26/2016

BURGLARY: During the overnight hours, unknown suspects forced entry into St. Joseph's Church and stole property in the 29000 block of Point Lookout Road in Morganza. The case is being investigated by Corporal E. Johnson. CASE# 38330-16

PROPERTY DESTRUCTION: On July 23, 2016, unknown suspect(s) damaged an outside air conditioning unit at the St. Mary's City Visitor's Center in the 18000 block of Hogaboom Lane. CASE# 38361-16

BURGLARY: Between 7/23/2016 and 7/25/2016, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence and stole property in the 21000 block of Chancellors Run Road in Great Mills. The case is being investigated by Deputy G. Muschette. CASE# 38376-16

BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence and stole property in the 21000 block of Sanners Lane in Lexington Park. The case is being investigated by Deputy T. Payne. CASE# 38386-16
