PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (May 23, 2016)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF VYVANSE: On 5/16/2016 at 12:07 am, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 and Doris Dr. in Owings for traffic violations. A moderate odor of burnt Marijuana was emitting from within the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed Vyvanse medication for which the driver did not have a prescription and a smoking device with marijuana residue. Trayquan M. Lee, 20 of Lusby, was arrested for possession of Vyvanse and drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERY: On 5/18/2016 at 6:39 am, Trooper First Class Costello responded to the State Highway Administration (SHA) offices in Prince Frederick for a report of property damage. The front rolling gate had been damaged making it inoperable. Investigation continues.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 5/19/2016 at 3:12 pm, Trooper First Class Casarella responded to the Fastop in St. Leonard for a report of a disorderly subject. Tabitha M. Wilson, 19 of St. Leonard, entered the store and became disorderly causing a scene. The manager requested Wilson to leave Fastop several times. Wilson left the store prior to the arrival of TFC Casarella. Investigation continues.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: On 5/19/2016 at 7:25 pm, Trooper Warrick responded to the Solomon's Boat Ramp for a report of a man exposing himself. Upon locating the man, identified as Rodney S. Jones, 57, currently of no fixed address, he stated he had been swimming and was waiting for his clothing to dry. Contact was made the following day with the citizen that witnessed the incident and a Criminal Summons was issued for the charge of indecent exposure and Mr. Jones was served the appropriate paperwork.

POSSESSION WITH INDENT TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA: On 5/22/2016 at 5:01 pm, Trooper First Class Casarella responded to the Leonard T. Hall Aquatic Center for a report of possible drug activity. Two juveniles were arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Both juveniles were released to their parents. CDS (Marijuana), a vehicle, U. S. Currency and drug paraphernalia were seized.

Ralph J. Boggs, 46, of Pasadena, arrested on 05/20/2016 @ 10:03 pm by TPR. J. Jones
