LA PLATA, Md. (May 18, 2016)—The two female shoplifters, whose bold shoplifting escapade at the St. Charles Victoria's Secret baffled the minds of respectable people across the region, have been identified. One arrest warrant has been issued, the second is forthcoming. Both women are from Washington, D.C.
The incident occurred on April 27. A passerby recorded the women as they entered the store, opened a lawn-sized trash bag they brought with them, and stole 12 tank tops, 36 hooded sweatshirts, 24 pants, and 12 shorts from a front display. They walked out of the store and fled.
