3 Brandywine Men Charged in Last Week's Murder of Waldorf Man

P.G. COUNTY, Md. (May 9, 2016)—Police in Prince George's County today arrested three suspects in last week's fatal shooting of 22-year-old Ra' Shaad Hargrave of Waldorf.

The suspects are 21-year-old Rodney Nedd, Jr., of the 15000 block of Benjamin Ring Street in Brandywine; 22-year-old Antonio Howard, Jr., of the 15000 block of Chadsey Lane in Brandywine; and 19-year-old Aiden Hicks of the 7000 block of Chadds Ford Drive in Brandywine.

On May 2nd, at about 1:45 pm, patrol officers were called to the 15100 block of General Lafayette Boulevard for a shooting. When they arrived, they found the victim outside suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Preliminarily, the motive appears to be a marijuana-related robbery, say police.

The three suspects are charged with first degree murder and related charges.
