LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 19, 2016)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Vice Narcotics Division today released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007.
DISTRIBUTION OF HEROIN, FIREARM VIOLATIONS: Henry Clay Hinson III, 29, of Lexington Park, was in custody with the State of Maryland Department of Corrections for unrelated charges when he was served his Grand Jury indictment for Distribution of Heroin as well as various firearm violations.
DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE: Michael Ray Anthony, 49, of Lexington Park, was arrested on an open indictment for Distribution of Cocaine and Conspiring to Distribute Cocaine. He was originally held without bond.
DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE: Melvin Jerome Maddox, a/k/a "Melly-Mel," 47, of Lexington Park, was indicted and charged with Distribution of Cocaine.
