FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (April 4, 2016)—The Prince George's County Police Department charged a suspect in connection with a triple stabbing at a Fort Washington club early Monday morning. The suspect is 33-year-old Philip Harrington of 22nd Street in Southeast, DC.
Harrington is charged with stabbing three men inside of the business in the 700 block of Cady Drive around 2:00 am. The victims' injuries are not considered life-threatening. Two of the victims are expected to be released this evening.
The preliminary investigation reveals Harrington stabbed two other patrons during a fight. He also stabbed a security guard who tried to break up the fight. Harrington was arrested outside of the business.
Harrington is charged with three counts of first and second degree assault.
