Maurice Dewayne Davis, a/k/a "Marty," age 42, of Lexington Park, Md.LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Feb. 16, 2016)—Vice/Narcotics detectives arrested Maurice Dewayne Davis, a/k/a "Marty," age 42, of Lexington Park, today in connection with distribution of heroin.
Police say they made several undercover purchases of heroin from Davis and he was subsequently indicted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. A Vice/Narcotics Support Team deputy located and arrested Davis.
The indictment included multiple counts of Distribution of Heroin and Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin.
Davis was originally held without bond.
