PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Dec. 29, 2015)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA AND SUBOXONE: On 12/21/2015 at 10:43 am, Trooper First Class Costello stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Greenhouse Pl. in Huntingtown for traffic violations. The driver, Eric J. Lauchman, 28 of Quakertown, PA, and the passenger, Shawn L. Cave, 28 of Perkasie, PA, both appeared nervous and avoided eye contact. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. Marijuana, Oxycodone and Suboxone were located. Both suspects were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

WARRANT SERVICE, DUI, POSSESSION OF CRACK COCAINE: On 12/22/2015 at 2:07 pm, Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Rt. 402 in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. A strong odor of alcohol was emitting from the driver. Shelby R. McDonald, 35 of Huntingtown, initially gave a false name attempting to avoid arrest for an open warrant. She was subsequently arrested for the Open Warrant, DUI, Driving on a suspended license and Possession of Crack Cocaine. She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF HEROIN: On 12/22/2015 at 3:38 pm, Trooper Warrick located a vehicle on Lafayette Dr. in Owings from an earlier broadcast given by EOC. Kelly J. Fordham, 25 of Lexington Park, was found to be in possession of Heroin. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF COCAINE: On 12/23/2015 at 12:30 am, Trooper First Class Rowe stopped a vehicle on Sixes Rd. in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. A strong odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed Roosevelt T. Brooks, 42 of Prince Frederick, was in possession of cocaine. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE, MARIJUANA, AND SUBOXONE, THEFT: On 12/23/2015 at 6:09 pm, Trooper Warrick responded to the Walmart in Dunkirk for a shoplifting complaint. Cynthia L. Tayloe, 44 of Lothian, was arrest for shoplifting. A search incident to arrest located Suboxone film in Tayloe's wallet, marijuana and oxycodone. Tayloe was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA: On 12/25/2015 at 11:12 pm, Trooper First Class Matthews stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Lower Marlboro Rd. in Huntingtown for traffic violations. A strong odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed 54.9 grams of marijuana, digital scale and packaging materials indicating intent to sell and distribute the marijuana. Ochae S. Bynum, 19 of Waldorf, Oladoyin O. Fadojutimi, 19 of Adelphi, and Christian A. Green, 19 of Waldorf, were all arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
