LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 23, 2015)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Vice Narcotics Division today released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007.
DISTRIBUTION OF HEROIN: Support Team Deputies located and arrested Antonio Jamear Warrick, age 25, of California, on an outstanding grand jury indictment for Distribution of Heroin and being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Handgun). Suspect Warrick was originally indicted as part of Operation Blue Christmas.
COUNTERFEIT PRESCRIPTION: As investigations continue into the individuals illegally attempting to obtain Promethazine/Codeine Syrup, detectives received information regarding a counterfeit prescription which was passed at a California store. Detectives arrested KC-Jones Julius Ceasar, age 24, of Temple Hills, after he presented the fake prescription and attempted to receive the controlled substance. A second suspect, Tony DePaul Williams, age 23, of Temple Hills, was located outside the establishment, in a vehicle. The vehicle was emitting the odor of burnt marijuana and marijuana was recovered from Suspect Williams. He was charged on a civil citation for Possession of Marijuana under 5 grams. Cell phones and more than $1,000.00 in cash was seized. Additional prescriptions have been passed and this investigation continues.
