LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 23, 2015)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
THEFT, DRUG ARREST: On Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 2:24 pm, TFC C. Ruth Responded to the Food Loin in Callaway for a reported theft. Investigation revealed that Angela Hazel Bailey, 33, of Great Mills, had stolen several items. Ms. Bailey was placed under arrest for Theft Less than $1,000 and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. Upon arrival, Ms. Bailey was searched, and prescription medication was found in her clothing. She was charged with Theft Less than $1,000, CDS Possess- Not Marijuana, and Possess Contraband in a Place of Confinement. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. ASSAULT: On Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 6:08 pm, TFC K. Morris responded to the 42000 block of Mechanicsville for a reported domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that a juvenile female, 12, of Mechanicsville, had assaulted two females at the residence. The juvenile was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and released into the custody of a parent. (15-MSP-042947)
