PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Nov. 23, 2015)The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE, FALSE STATEMENT TO POLICE: On 11/17/2015 at 6:06 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle on Rt. 260 near G St. in Chesapeake Beach for traffic violations. While speaking with the driver and conducting an investigation, it was determined the driver gave a false name to avoid being arrested for an active warrant through Montgomery County. Shiesha D. Simms, 27 of Prince Frederick, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
THEFT: On 11/18/2015 at 5:14 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis responded to the 7800 block of Hampton Way in Owings for a reported theft. The victim reported a recently filled prescription for pain medication was removed from his residence. Possible suspects have been identified and investigation remains open at this time.
POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE: On 11/18/2015 at 10:25 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis responded to the 10000 block of Kirksville Lane in Dunkirk for a warrant service. Davon A. Jones, 24 of Dunkirk, was located and arrested. During a search incident to the arrested, oxycodone was found on Jones' person which he did not have a prescription for. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
WARRANT SERVICE, POSSESSION OF ZOLPIDEM: On 11/18/2015 at 11:11 pm, Trooper Kaitz stopped a vehicle on Main St. near Armory Rd. in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. During the stop, rear passenger, Clyde J. Richardson, 33 of Prince Frederick, was identified as having an open warrant through Allegany County. He was placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest, Zolpidem was located. Richardson did not have a prescription for the pills. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
POSSESSION OF AMPHETAMINE AND DEXTROAMPHETAMINE: On 11/19/2015 at 12:27 am, Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near MF Bowen Rd. in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. The odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. The driver, Jamie L. Size, 29 of Laurel, was found to have several pills of Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine for which she was unable to verify having a prescription for and was placed under arrest. A passenger in the vehicle was given a Civil Citation for less than 10 grams of marijuana. Size was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
POSSESSION OF THC: On 11/21/2015 at 8:43 pm, Trooper First Class Matthews stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 south of Plum Point Rd. in Huntingtown. The odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and a container was located with 337.3 grams of THC Marijuana. Sandra L. Taylor, 34 of Baltimore was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
