LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 23, 2015)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Vice Narcotics Division today released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007.
MARIJUANA
Javar Charles Nolan (pictured on left) and his twin brother, Lamar Kevin Jarel Nolan, age 28, of Mechanicsville, were indicted and charged for Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute following the execution of search and seizure warrants. Suspect Lamar Nolan received an additional charge of Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute.
HEROIN, COCAINE, OXYCODONE
Lisa Marie Trossbach, age 31, of California, was indicted by Vice/Narcotics detectives and charged with numerous drug violations. The charges included Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute.
