MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 9, 2015)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY: On Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 11:03 am, TFC S. Ditoto responded to the 44000 block of Airport View Drive for a reported disorderly subject. TFC Ditoto made contact with the complainant, who advised that Cedric Ricardo Williams had become angry, was yelling profanity, had made aggressive gestures with his arms and threw a chair that he had removed from the office. Mr. Williams had been escorted outside and not permitted in the building. While speaking with the complainant, Mr. Williams attempted to walk back inside the building. Mr. Williams ignored several orders to stop and drew the attention of individuals inside the building. Mr. Williams then stepped towards an individual attempting to leave the building. He raised his arm and made a fist. It appeared that Mr. Williams was going to assault the individual. TFC Ditoto detained Mr. Williams to prevent the assault from occurring. Mr. Williams was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (15-MSP-039390)

THEFT: On Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 6:28 am, Cpl. Murphy responded to the Mr. Tire in Leonardtown for a reported theft of tires. Cpl. Murphy made contact with the victim, who advised she saw a middle aged black male with short hair, wearing jeans and a dark t-shirt break through a fence. She then observed the subject come out and enter an older model dark colored Chevrolet truck with chrome rims. The subject quickly drove away. A lookout was broadcast, yielding a negative result, and no further leads have been developed. (15-MSP-039660)

ASSAULT: On Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 7:30 am, Tpr. Varesko responded to the 30000 block of Mount Wolf Way for a reported domestic assault. Investigation revealed that Paul Williams Parker, Jr., of Charlotte Hall, had assaulted a female victim. Mr. Parker was placed under arrest for Assault Second Degree and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. ASSAULT: On Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 12:29 pm, TFC Pitcher responded to the 24000 block of Mervell Dean Road for a reported domestic assault. Investigation revealed that Kevin Christopher Johnson, 26, of Hollywood had assaulted a female victim. Mr. Johnson was placed under arrest for Assault Second Degree and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
