LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 28, 2015)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
THEFT: On Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 3:18 pm, Tpr. J. Greathouse responded to the parking lot of Bed, Bath, and Beyond in reference to a theft. Investigation revealed that Dennis Marvin Erich, 46, of Prince Frederick, had stolen items out of a truck. Coworkers of the victim witnessed the theft, and followed Mr. Erich across the parking lot. They were able to retrieve the items, and waited with Mr. Erich until Tpr. Greathouse arrived. Mr. Erich was placed under arrest for Theft $1000 to Under $10,000 and Rogue and Vagabond. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (15-MSP-034719)
ASSAULT: On Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 10:14 pm, TFC C. Ditoto responded to the 59000 block of Curley Road for a reported domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that Osie Mea Shade, 55, of Ridge, had assaulted a female victim. She was placed under arrest and charged with Assault Second Degree. Ms. Shade was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (15-MSP-035031)
