MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 18, 2015)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ASSAULT: On Sunday, September 13, 2015, TFC E. Krenik responded to the 43000 block of Sandy Bottom Rd for a reported domestic assault. Investigation revealed that Nicholas Christopher Sitcer, 34, of Hollywood, had assaulted a female subject and damaged property inside the residence. Mr. Sitcer was placed under arrest and seated in TFC Krenik's patrol vehicle. Mr. Sitcer became combative and was removed from the vehicle. He was placed in a patrol vehicle with a cage in the rear. Mr. Sitcer was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Assault Second Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, and Disorderly Conduct. Roshaundra Davenna Dyson, 29, of Lexington Park, served on 9/11/2015 at 3:35 pm for Failure to Appear in Court
