MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 13, 2014)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ASSAULT: On Friday, November 7, at 10:48 pm, Tpr. K. Morris responded to the 44000 block of King Way in California for a reported assault. Investigation revealed that Robert A. Schultz, 48, of California, had assaulted a female victim. Mr. Schultz was arrested and charged with Assault - Second Degree. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-036999)

DRUG ARREST: On Wednesday, November 12, at 12:28 pm, TFC S. Ditoto responded to the Burchmart in Hollywood for a welfare check for a subject unconscious in the drivers seat of a vehicle. TFC Ditoto made contact with the subject, Adam Daniel Davis, 28, of Coltons Point who was holding CDS paraphernalia in his hand. A probable cause search was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. Mr. Davis was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-037580)
