LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 6, 2014)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
BURGLARY: On Monday, November 3, at 12:38 am, TFC S. Ditoto responded to the 21000 block of Eric Road for a reported burglary. Investigation revealed that Chau V. Pham, 42, of Lexington Park, had forced open a door and entered the residence. Mr. Pham was arrested and charged with Burglary - Fourth Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property Less than $1,000.00, and Trespass on Private Property. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-036323)
ASSAULT: On Tuesday, November 4, at 3:00 am, Tpr. M. Johnson responded to the Super 8 Motel in California for a reported assault. Tpr. Johnson arrived on scene and witnessed Amanda Renee Herbert, 19, of California strike a female victim in the back of the head. Ms. Herbert was placed under arrest for Assault-Second Degree and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
