LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Oct. 2, 2014)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER:
On Monday, September 29, at 2:40 pm, TFC S. M. Ditoto responded to the 46000 block of Hilton Drive for a protective order violation. William Howard Burns, 3rd, 27, of Lusby,
pictured above, was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-031800)
BURGLARY:
On Friday, September 26, at 10:15 am, TFC M. J. Pitcher responded to the 44000 block of St. Andrew's Church Road for a reported burglary. Investigation revealed Teyon Delonte Snowden, 21, of Upper Marlboro,
pictured above left, and [REDACTED; court granted expungement of records
on 24-FEB-2015], had entered the foreclosed residence without permission and removed items. Both subjects were arrested and charged with Burglary - Fourth Degree. They were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-031373)
