LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 19, 2014)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DRUG ARREST: On Friday, September 19, at 2:50 am, Tpr. A. Oyler initiated a welfare check on a green SUV in the parking lot of the Charlotte Hall Wawa. The driver, Michael P. Anderson, 37, of no fixed address, was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Driving While Revoked and Suspended. A probable cause of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of CDS. Mr. Anderson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Possession of Marijuana, the bench warrant, and traffic offenses. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-030454)
