St. Mary's Co. Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 11, 2014)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office released the following incident and arrest reports.

WANTED: MICHAEL ISSIAH HARRISON:

Michael Issiah Harrison, DOB 23-JUNE-1986, of no fixed address.

The sheriff's office is asking for the public's help in locating Michael Issiah Harrison, DOB 23-JUNE-1986, of no fixed address, pictured above. Harrison is wanted by the Charles County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear in Court on a Felony Theft (over 10K) charge. Additional charges, stemming from several recent events, are forthcoming against Harrison in St. Mary's County. Harrison is known to frequent the Lexington Park and Leonardtown area.

If you have information regarding the location of Michael Issiah Harrison, please call the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office non-emergency line at 301.475.8008. If you see Harrison, do not approach him and call SMCSO immediately.

MAIL TAMPERING: On Sept. 8, a victim, who resides on Golden Eye Court, reported unknown suspect(s) removed his mail from the mailbox and opened it. Case remains open. Case #48291-14.

THEFT: On Sept. 8, a victim, who resides in the 17000 block of Piney Point Road, reported unknown suspect(s) stole property from his vehicle. Case #48298-14.

BURGLARY MOTOR VEHICLE: On Sept. 8, a victim reported unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle while it was parked in Millison Plaza and stole property. Case remains open. Case #48280-14.

BURGLARY: On Sept. 8, a victim, who resides in the 20000 block of Hermanville Road, reported unknown suspect(s) entered his home, however nothing appeared to have been stolen. Case remains open. Case #48307-14.

BURGLARY: On Sept. 9, a victim, who resides on North Essex Drive in Lexington Park, reported unknown suspect(s) entered his residence and stole property. Case remains open. Case #48378-14.

THREAT OF ARSON:

Chad Hunter Hall, 25, of Waldorf, Md.

On September 3, Deputy Murphy responded to residence on Allston Lane for threats of arson. The victim alleged suspect Chad Hunter Hall, 25, of Waldorf, pictured above, threatened to burn his home down during an argument. Hall was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Threat of Arson.

VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER:

Cornelius Fenwick, 37, of California, Md.

On September 4, a victim reported that suspect Cornelius Fenwick, 37, of California, pictured above, called the victim in violation of an active order of protection. The investigation revealed Fenwick called the victim via a third party from the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. Fenwick was charged with the violation by DFC Rogers.

DOMESTIC ASSSAULT:

James Francis Tennyson, 55, Clements, Md.

On September 7, Corporal Corcoran responded to a residence on Horseshoe Road in Clements, for a reported assault. The victim alleged that suspect James Francis Tennyson, 55, Clements, pictured above, struck the victim in the face with his fist during an argument. Corporal Corcoran observed fresh evidence of injury on the victim’s face. Tennyson was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.

1ST DEGREE ASSAULT:

Kaebriana Ricole Fisher, 20, of Leonardtown, Md.

On September 7, Corporal Corcoran responded to a residence on Indian Way in Great Mills, for a reported assault. The victim alleged suspect Kaebriana Ricole Fisher, 20, of Leonardtown, pictured above, struck the victim with her hands during an argument. Fisher then grabbed a knife and slashed the victim’s vehicle tires. When the victim confronted Fisher at the vehicle, she came after the victim with the knife. The victim was able to take the knife away from Fisher and call 911. Fisher was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with 1st Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, and Property Destruction.

ASSAULT:

Joseph William Medley III, 31, of Lexington Park, Md.

On September 8, Deputy Steinbach responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a fight between inmates. The investigation revealed suspect Joseph William Medley III, 31, of Lexington Park, pictured above, assaulted another inmate during a dispute. Medley was charged with 2nd Degree Assault and Assault on DOC employee (inmate).

Gregory James Kapanoske, 56, of Mechanicsville, arrested on 8-29-2014 by Corporal E. Johnson

James Herbert Williams Jr., 52, of Mechanicsville, arrested on 8-31-2014 by Deputy Murphy

Maleek Damien McCoy, 34, of Waldorf, arrested on 9-2-2014 by Deputy McCuen
