MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 9, 2014)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DRUG ARREST: On Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 4:38 pm, Cpl. N. Gresko initiated a traffic stop on a gold passenger car on Route 5 and Mechanicsville Road for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search was conducted resulting in the recovery of CDS. The passenger, Brian Deandre Bush, 21, of Mechanicsville, was placed under arrest and charged with CDS: Possession - Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.

DRUG ARREST: On Saturday, June 4, 2014 at 1:18 am, Cpl. N. Gresko initiated a traffic stop on a gray passenger car on Saratoga Drive and North Essex Drive for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. The driver, Kevin Darnell Dyson, 20, of Lexington Park, was placed under arrest and charged with CDS: Possession - Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.
