LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 1, 2014)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
ASSAULT: On Thursday, April 17 at 6:52 pm, TFC S. Ditoto responded to the 42000 block of Woodland Road for a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that Joseph Earl Morgan, 54, of Mechanicsville had engaged in an altercation with a female victim at the residence and had assaulted the victim. Mr. Morgan was arrested for Assault Second Degree and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
