MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 23, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

FAIL TO COMPLY WITH PEACE ORDER: On Friday, December 20 at 3:56 pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew responded to the 45000 block of Sparks Lane in California for a reported Violation of a Peace Order. Kimberly Bernice Bowles, 39, of California had failed to comply with the conditions of a peace order issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. While incarcerated, Ms. Bowles was served with five additional warrants (T3-16307, T3-16308, T3-16309, T3-16310, T316311) issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with charges of Harassment (4 counts) and Fail to Comply with Peace Order (4 counts). She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 20 at 10:01 am, Tpr. K Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-16300) on Gloria Ann McGee, 55, of Callaway. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Without Required License on December 18, 2013. Ms. McGee was located at the St. Mary's County District Court. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 20 at 7:45 am, Tpr. K. Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-16277) on Jennifer May Stotler, 41, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Uninsured Vehicle on November 27, 2013. Ms. Stotler was located in Leonardtown. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 20 at 2:15 pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-16188) on Donald Ray Williams, 51, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on October 2, 2013. Mr. Williams was located in Lexington Park. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, December 21 at 4:30 am, Tpr. S. Gallagher served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16312) on Eugene Terrill Harris, 21, of St. Leonard. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with a charge of Assault Second Degree on November 4, 2013. Mr. Harris was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center, where he was already incarcerated. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
